Our Career Readiness program prepares young people for long-term success by combining professional development, mentorship, and real-world experience. All programming aligns with NACE Career Readiness Competencies, ensuring our coaches gain the skills employers value most: critical thinking, communication, teamwork, professionalism, and more.

Our Career Readiness programming includes: professional development workshops, one-on-one career coaching, mentorship opportunities , and hands-on professional experiences preparing CAA fellows to make in immediate impact in the workforce.

Organizations and donors can support Career Readiness by hsting coaches for intentional job shadowing opportunities, providing mentorship or industry insights, supporting program sustainability with financial contributions, and creating pathways to employment by considering our fellows for full-time roles.
